Optometrist Recommendation:

Lens type: Only supports nearsightedness.
Vision range: Astigmatism: 0.50 to 2.00, Nearsighted: -0.50 to -8.00

It is recommended to provide an eyeglass prescription from the past six months. "Eyeglass prescription" refers to the offline prescription for glasses by your optometrist.

Remarks: Special lenses such as prismatic nearsightedness (strabismus), bifocals (nearsightedness + farsightedness), sunglasses, blue-light-blocking glasses, etc. are not supported.

Right eye pupillary distance, left eye pupil pupillary distance
Right eye sphere, left eye sphere (SPH)
Right eye astigmatism, left eye astigmatism (CYL)
Right eye axis, left eye axis

Note: There are positive and negative values for astigmatism, and there must be an axial position if there is astigmatism.
