How do I connect Life Q20+ with another device?

Life Q20+ will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on. If you wish to pair it with a different device, please try one of the following methods: - Turn off Bluetooth on the device you were connected to so that Life Q20+ enters pairing mode. Then connect to a different device via Bluetooth. - If you prefer not to turn off Bluetooth on the first device, press the power button twice to make Life Q20+ re-enter pairing mode, and find Q20+ in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices.

Does Life Q20+ support multipoint connection?

Yes. When connecting to the first device, double click the power button to make Life Q20+ re-enter pairing mode and find it in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices. If the second device does not connect within 2 minutes, Life Q20+ will exit pairing mode and remain connected to the first device.

What should I do if Life Q20+ disconnects while in use?

- Try to avoid interference from your surroundings, other Bluetooth connections, and Wi-Fi. Some environments with cell phone towers or areas with dense Wi-Fi networks and other transmitting devices can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. - Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds, then turn it back on. - Reset Life Q20+ by long pressing the power button and volume up button for 5 seconds. - Try connecting to another device to see if there is any difference.

Amazing

Is my first time buying this kind of headphones, I used to have EarPod but stop working well. And decided to change but a big change. Those are easy to connect, the battery works for days. Are confortable, and the sound cancellation is a plus, the normal is enough for my house, but in the gym the noise canceling is the best!
I highly recommend this headphones, I have the blue ones and looks very unique and elegant

Incredible sound quality

Bought these to listen to YouTube music videos and music from my smartphone and I'm really impressed with the sound quality. Nice deep bass that was severely lacking on my old cheap headset, and nice mids and highs. Great value for the price.

Works well in the gym and around the house

I have been using these primarily while exercising in the gym. I like the noise cancelling feature when I use it, however I normally use it in normal or transparency mode. Overall I feel these have good frequency response but I also have some mild hearing loss as well.

Another great product from Anker...

I've had these for a while now and must say they are high-quality headphones. I had been researching headphones, something to listen to audio books and/or music while working outside and came across these. I am familiar with the Anker brand so I decided to give these a shot.
First, they are very comfortable. I usually don't like over the ear headphones as they put extra pressure on my ears after extended use but I have not had that problem with these at all. Second, the audio quality is very good. I can hear everything in stereo quality and the noise cancellation feature is very noticeable. Third, the battery life seems to be quite adequate for normal users. I haven't worn them longer than an hour or so at a time, but I usually don't have to recharge them for a while using them an hour a day give or take.
Overall, these are high quality headphones and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for some new headphones. There is also an app feature that allows users to fine-tune the equalizer to their personal liking.

Amazing headphones, ears get hot though.

Great features with these. App is easy to use with equalizer presets or customize the EQ to your liking. My ears got warm after an hour or so but wasn't unbearable.
Sound quality from these absolutely surprised me! Crystal clear treble, the bass is hits great while keeping the overall sound clean and distinguished.
Overall, I really enjoy these Bluetooth headphones, especially for the price range ($60 all in) excellent quality, excellent value.
