Great earbuds until they weren't

I've had these for about 1 month. Now, right ear bud won't charge, but left works fine. No way to tell off it's the charging case or the ear bud. And, tech support is incredibly difficult to contact. No one available during their open hours last 3x tried. And no response from email request. Disappointing result from promising product and generally positive brand.
Update: finally made contact with support. Had one suggestion (cleaning contacts with alcohol), but started working before I tried it. Like them overall, so upgrading rating-as long as they continue to charge.

Brilliant sound, fantastic price

I listen to music all day at work and it's important to have earbuds that make the music sound great. I bought these as a backup to my other more expensive earbuds and have stopped using the others completely now. Soundcore has earbuds covered for clear, powerful sound, ease of use, noise cancelation, battery life and user adaptability.

The noise canceling is so good I'm often startled when people come into my office because I can't hear them!

I rarely write reviews unless I am really impressed with an item and that's what I'm doing right now.
