  • What is soundcore Care?
    1. soundcore Care is a replacement service for your Liberty 4 NC earbuds. If one or both of your earbuds are lost or damaged due to an accident, you can purchase a pair of earbuds for half the original price (charging case not included) within one year of your soundcore Care purchase.
    2. The price of the new pair of earbuds is subject to the accessories price inquiry on the soundcore official website when you redeem your soundcore Care service.
    3. If the original order is still within the 18-month warranty period, the new earbuds will follow the warranty timeline from the original order.
    4. You can only purchase soundcore Care once for each Liberty 4 NC device. Charging case and other accessories are not covered by the service.
  • If I purchased more than one pair of Liberty 4 NC earbuds in one order, how many soundcore Care services can I buy?
    You can purchase soundcore Care once for each pair of Liberty 4 NC earbuds you purchase. If an order contains two pairs of Liberty 4 NC, you can purchase two soundcore Care services.
  • How long does my soundcore Care service last?
    soundcore Care is valid for 12 months after you purchase it, and you can only redeem the service once.
  • How do I know if I am eligible for soundcore Care?
    The following three conditions must be met:
    1. Users have purchased from a US website and the shipping address is in the US.
    2. Users have purchases from our official Amazon store: Ankerdirect, soundcore website, or an authorized reseller (Woot, BestBuy, Walmart, etc.).
    3. Users have purchased a brand new pair of Liberty 4 NC earbuds.
    Note: Refurbished Liberty 4 NC are not eligible for soundcore Care.
  • Can I purchase soundcore Care seperately from my Liberty 4 NC purchase?
    Yes, you can buy soundcore Care seperately within 60 days of purchasing your Liberty 4 NC earbuds. Liberty 4 NC must be covered by the warranty when purchasing soundcore Care.
  • How do I purchase soundcore Care seperately?
    Send an email to service@soundcore.com, and attach the following:
    1) Order receipt for Liberty 4 NC.
    2) A photo showing the earbuds and charging case.
    Our customer service team will send you a purchase link after confirming that you are eligible for soundcore Care.
  • Can I buy a charging case with a 50% discount if I have soundcore Care?
    No, you cannot.
    You can only purchase a pair of earbuds for half price if yours are lost or damaged due to an accident. soundcore Care does not support a charging case purchase. If your charging case is lost or accidentally damaged, you need to purchase a new one for the normal price.
  • How will I receive my soundcore Care service?
    You will receive an exclusive soundcore Care redeem code via email after you purchase this service.
  • After redeeming my soundcore Care replacement service, are my Liberty 4 NC's still covered by the warranty?
    Yes, if your original order is still in the warranty period after redeeming soundcore Care, the new earbuds also follow the warranty timeline from the original order of Liberty 4 NC.
  • Is my soundcore Care service still valid if I lose my charging case?
    Yes, soundcore Care is bound to the order of the Liberty 4 NC earbuds you purchased. Losing or damagng your charging case does not affect your soundcore Care validity, however you will still need to purchase the case seperately. If you need to purchase a single charging case, please contact service@soundcore.com.
  • Does soundcore Care support refunds?
    No, refunds are not supported.
    Note: If the Liberty 4 NC's you have purchased are returned for a refund within 30 days, please contact service@soundcore.com and we will refund soundcore Care for you. Your soundcore Care service will become invalid.
