First of all a huge thank to the customer care service, i purchased my headset (q35) a week before the blackfriday and while I was checking the prices it went down from $109 to $79 during the black Friday. I wrote to the customer center asking for a potential refund and without any hassle the kind people there refunded me the additional amount that i paid. So again huge thank to them!
Now to the Headphones, ! This is arguably the best headphones that I have ever used. Period! The sound quality is just insane and the fact that you can change the audio setting through the soundcore app makes it even better with your liking. If you are into hybrid noice cancelling this is what you want. Noice cancelling of q35 is unmatched! I have had a airpods pro before this and i compared the noice cancelling and sound quality of the two, and without a doubt Soundcore q35 wins the race easily. Bass sound is very natural and if you need extra bass this has that too. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my product and I can recommend this to anyone who'd like to listen to good music on the go! Excellent for its price and got a pretty neat design too.
Love how it holds well to your head snugly but also comfortably, so can be used lying down and moving around the house or commuting on the bus. It's very portable and folds well. Speaking of moving, the blue tooth quality is great and works throughout our entire house including our basement which sometimes has had issues with blue tooth connection. The good noise cancelling is good. It is easily adjustable. Not the best headphones out there, but they are excellent for the price point.
I bought 3 other brands and they were awful. I was reluctant to try another pair. I highly recommend these for sound quality, great sound for everything from classical to heavy metal. Need the app to creat different sound qualities but it’s well worth it! Battery life is excellent went 4 days of using almost 10 hours a day without having to charge them. Comfort is excellent also. They fit great and I am able to wear them all day in my office to drown out the surrounding noise.
TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read) at the bottom.
Okay so I didn't buy these through Amazon rather the SoundCore website but I just wanted to say these were GREAT. I got them a bit before the pandemic and they "broke" this year (2022). So around 2-3 years. I've dropped them a couple times, everything still worked. I used them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This cannot be understated, I'm a 20 something yo who watches YouTube listens to asmr, plays videogames, basically I'm a nerd, introvert, gamer. So I used them on campus to ignore people even if I wasn't listening to something. So every day in Florida heat, never failed. And we're perfect at doing their job, being headphones.
That being said, some draw backs.
Noise cancellation - works fine, not like "omg I can't hear anything else" but definitely worth it on a car ride, train, bus, etc. (Or if you or your child, has siblings, family, etc who are loud)
Mine did "break" but only at the seam, they still work perfectly, but the ear muff glue I guess just couldn't last longer, like in the picture that's how both sides look. I don't know if SoundCore would fix them, but hey an excuse for an upgrade... maybe.
AND SOUND one issue with the sound is the headphones did not always link perfectly and you could turn your phone up but the headphones won't, disconnecting and reconnecting fixes it but still a little annoying. Could possibly be Samsung's fault though.
Over all? Amazing
Comfort - 8/10 - there's a point where it might begin hurting but that's HOURS later
Portability - 10/10 - they're solid headphones, they fold up and mine came with a case with accessories too if you need to travel but I say just wear em' on your neck
Sound - 9/10 - just as good as my RIG gaming headphones probably better. Again only issue is the volume sometimes doesn't sync on my phone but disconnecting and reconnecting via Bluetooth fixes every time.
Durability - 9/10 - lasted 2-3 years while being worn every day, dropped once or twice from short distance (like sitting on lap and forget they are on your lap when you get up). After around 2-3 (probably closer to two WITH every day use) headphones muffs broke at the seam (see picture) one could stitch them or attempt a return or just buy new ones and let your tinkerer play with electronics and speakers.
Noise cancellation - 8/10 worth it in noisy places but normally I just left it off as the weird tone produced for said noise cancellation hurt my ears, but when playing music, video, etc. in a loud place? Car, train, café, etc. amazing and you forget how loud it is when you take them off. Plus the padding is pretty good at canceling noise out already.
Oh they can last for three days for me without charging, with nearly 8 hour use each day. Then it says "battery low" when I turn them on so I just charge them for a bit to male sure they don't die on me. Normally I just charge them every night or every other night though.
Okay that's it, hopefully that's a good review. Arrivederci,
