How do I connect Life Q30 to another device?

Life Q30 will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on. If you would like to pair it with a different device, use one of the following methods: - Turn off Bluetooth on the device you were connected to so that Life Q30 enters pairing mode. Then connect to the second device via Bluetooth. - If you prefer not to turn off Bluetooth on the first device, double press the power button to make Life Q30 re-enter pairing mode, and find Life Q30 in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices.

Does Life Q30 support multi-point connection?

Yes. When connecting the first device, double press the power button to make Life Q30 re-enter pairing mode and find it in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices. If the second device does not connect within 2 minutes, Life Q30 will exit pairing mode and remain connected to the first device.

What should I do if Life Q30 disconnects while in use?

- Try to avoid interference from your surroundings, other Bluetooth connections, and Wi-Fi. Some environments with cell phone towers or areas with dense Wi-Fi networks and other transmitting devices can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. - Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds, then turn back on. - Reset Life Q30 by long pressing the power button and volume + button for 5 seconds. - Try to connect to another device to see if there is any difference.

Great sounding headset

I would say these sound better then the headset I bought a year ago for little over 200. I would mess with the equalizer in the soundcore to improve the sound. I have attached a picture of how I have mine set. And it sounds amazing to me. If you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a headset then these are what you should get. As they are just as good as the ones that cost 4 to 5 times more

Great sound, great product!

The sound quality is very good! It has a good amount of base but not too much. I got these for my job wich does have me on alot of calls and meetings. I recorded my voice on my computer and I think it sounds more than good enough even with noises in the background. Although I did notice sometimes when a client I speak with has a bit of a muted or not so great mic, it does sound a bit too bassy and so not as clear but in general this has not been a major issue. This is also only in comparison with a Plantronics headset I used previously which is made for phone clarity and not music sound.
Comfort wise I wear them at least for a few hours at a time and for the most part only after a few hours of constant wearing does it even start to get a tad bit uncomfortable for me. Even though my ears are large and it does touch the side of my ears it's fairly comfterable for at least a couple of hours at a time. I did also take a look at the q20 and those were also good but with only one device pairing and no app the q30s are much better. Though it seemed to me the q20s had slightly better passive noise cancelation maybe because they fit more snug around the ears? I also personally like the design and the dark black with gold accent much better than the q20s. These seem to have good but not great build quality. I have heard with time people having issues with plastic parts along the top. However I think if you don't drop them much and take decent care of them they should hold up well. As for the ANC it is good but not great. Though I have found that even on better Anc products like the q45 their is still some sound and so I just use some concentration music when I really need some extra sound proofing. For me personally I tend to use the transparency mode more than the Anc which works great! In general these are Awesome for the price and I am very happy with the purchase.

Gives your many of the features of the big names

I use these headphones daily and the sound quality is premium. Also the material is durable which is important because I use them at the gym.
Noise canceling- 9/10 It's cancels almost all the noise
Transparency mode-8/10 background noise too loud
Normal-9/10 is right in the middle as expected.
Battery is great I charge it once every 2 weeks after daily use.

GREAT BUDGET!

Great Bang for the buck! I bought these for only $71.99 because of a coupon and also free shipping. I have to say that I’m really impressed by the Sound Quality especially for that price. You do need to EQ them because the signature is pretty “bassy”. The ANC is not as good as some headphones but pretty great for the price and the same can be said for the Transparency Mode. The build quality is decent and call quality is subpar. I do use these only for listening to music and watching movies/videos and I haven’t noticed any latency. I highly recommend these!

I really enjoy the comfort of these headphones, I pretty much wear these for 8 hours on the daily.
The sound quality at this price is hard to beat.
I've tried at least 6 other BT over ear headsets and none of them compared to the sound quality these have.
The noise cancellation is pretty good. I can still hear with ANC on and nothing playing, but that's the same with my Airpod Pro's.
I use these mainly because I WFH and they've really helped me zone out any distractions, which really helps when you're in sales. The microphone on it from what my friend has told me is good.
The multipoint BT is faulty at times, which isn't much of a bummer for me specifically because I just needed them for work.
Connecting them is seamless and the battery live is spectacular. Charge time is pretty short as well.
Overall, I truly love these headphones. Thank you Anker Life for an amazing piece of gear.
