Can Liberty 2 Pro be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

This feature is currently not supported. If you want to pair Liberty 2 Pro with a second device, please use one of the following methods: Turn off Bluetooth on the current device, the earbuds will enter into pairing mode. Or Place the earbuds back into charging case and keep the case open, tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white rapidly. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

How do I reset Liberty 2 Pro?

Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both the earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. This will clear the pairing information and restart automatically.

What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?

1. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Please select "pair". 2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. Slide open the case and the earbuds will automatically power on and pair with each other before connecting to the last paired device. 3. If they do not connect, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty 2 Pro?" 4. Forget the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn in on again to pair it with your earbuds. 5. Try to pair them with another device.

How do I get the best possible Bluetooth connection?

While the range of most Bluetooth devices is 33 feet (10 meters), the optimal range for any Bluetooth audio device is about 2 feet (60 centimeters) from the audio source. Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. Optimizing your Bluetooth connection: 1. If you are in a busy place, ensure your phone is on your right side when using Liberty 2 Pro. 2. Download videos and songs instead of streaming. 3. If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary apps running in the background.

What should I do if Liberty 2 Pro disconnects?

1. Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty 2 Pro?" 2. Close apps that are running in the background.

What should I do if only one earbud works?

1. Check that there is a flashing white light on both the earbuds when they turn on. 2. If you can't see a flashing white light on both the earbuds, see "How do I reset Liberty 2 Pro?".

Why does Liberty 2 Pro still connect to my device when they are in the charging case?

- Liberty 2 Pro only disconnect from your device when the charging case is fully closed. When the case is opened they will appear in your device's Bluetooth menu. - The button on the earbuds won't work when the earbuds are being charged in the case. - If they still connect to your device after the charging case cover is closed, make sure the earbuds are in the correct postion and clean the contact pins.

Why is the paired name sometimes Liberty 2 Pro, while sometimes it is Liberty 2 Pro-L?

- As the buds support Master/Slave switch, both of them can be paired to your phone as a master device. When the right earbud is the master, the Bluetooth name is Liberty 2 Pro, when left earbud is the master the Bluetooth name is Liberty 2 Pro-L. - If you would like to use the left side only, please put the right side in the charging case and close the charging case cover. Select "Liberty 2 Pro-L" to pair.

Quality Sound for Good Price

These won’t impress audiophile snobs but for the 99% of everyone else who enjoys high quality sound these Lib 2 Pros are just right. Get the seal in your ear canal and fit correct, plus use the companion app and wow, the sound will make you happy. I’ve had a black pair for two years, no issues. My wife loved them so much we got her a white pair of the Lib 2 Pro. I also have a fog grey pair of Lib 3 Pros and the 2 pros are almost as good. It’s very close. Truth is I use both and switch between the two pairs because they both rock my butt. The Lib 2 Pro do have a white noice hiss that can be heard between tracks or when paused that they fixed on the Lib 3 Pro. I’ve never noticed it once the music starts to play. Unless you are trying to listen for it, it’s not going to distract at all. Get new ones if you want or look on Soundcore’s Amazon seller store and get a renewed pair for cheap. Mine are renewed and just fine. On 1-3-23 I purchased renewed ones for a friend’s birthday for $30 out the door. These ear buds will whip your butt all over the place sonically in a great way for $30. Have fun and enjoy.

I have had these for almost 2 years and it has been the best set of head phones I've had in years.
