    • What should I do if there is a serious delay between Space A40 and the device?
There will always be a very small delay between true wireless earbuds and Bluetooth devices due to the limitation of Bluetooth technology. Normally, it will not be noticeable and will not affect your experience. Noticeable delays can be related to the true wireless earbuds, the connected device, audio source, app, and network.
To locate the issue, try the following troubleshooting:
      1. "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history and restart your Bluetooth device.
      2. Make sure your earbuds have enough battery and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins. Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
      - Hold the button on the back of charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset has been successful.
When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are connected with the charging pins in the case, or it may cause the reset to fail. The first and third LEDs will flash to indicate that they are properly connected. (The first LED flashes twice when the left earbud is put in the case, and the third LED flashes twice when the right earbud is put in the case).
      3. Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device, app, and downloaded music/video to see if the problem still persists or not.
Make sure the Bluetooth device and earbuds are within Bluetooth range, and there is no signal interference between them.

    • Does LDAC mode consume more power?
Yes, the earbuds consume more power under LDAC mode due to its high-speed transmission.
      Playtime:
LDAC On (ANC Off): 6H (Earbuds)/30H (Charging case)
LDAC On (ANC On): 5H (Earbuds)/25H (Charging case)
    • What should I do if one side is discharging quickly?
Normally, the earbuds can be used for around 8 hours in ANC mode and 10 hours in Normal mode at 60% volume, but playtime may vary slightly based on the music content and volume. If you use the earbuds to make/receive calls, the time will be shorter as it consumes more power than playing music.
Try the following steps to troubleshoot this problem:
      1. Make sure the protective film has been removed from the earbuds.
      2. Use a dry cloth/cotton swab with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection. Ensure the ear tips are not blocking the charging connectors and fully charge your earbuds.

Transparency Mode: Up to 8 hours on a single charge of the earbuds. 40 hours with the charging case.
Call: Up to 6 hours in Normal mode. 5 hours in ANC mode.
Note: Battery playtime is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings, in normal mode, and 50% volume. The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.
    • What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
      - The earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case.
      - The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
      - The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.
      1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and see if an LED is illuminated).
      2. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and rubbing alcohol to ensure all charging pins on the earbuds and charging connectors on the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds into the case correctly and make sure the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and third lights on the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.

It's not the best option, for the money.

The charging box does not stand up to scrutiny. Very stupid idea of a sliding cover, you need to be sure that opening you will not kill the headphones and tear the rubber bands on them. With windy weather, the noise in the ears through the microphones is just terrible. It's not the best option, for the money. Engineering thought just above the baseboard.

Superb Bluetooth Earbuds; Best I've Ever Owned

Tips
---
* Download the SoundCore application! You're going to need it to use a lot of these earbuds' features.
* Install all firmware upgrades that the SoundCore application recommends. These firmware upgrades resolved a lot of problems that I initially had with mine. You may have to install more than one.
* Spend some time experimenting with different sizes of ear tips. I was amazed how much better the sound quality was once I had found the right ear tip size.
* Enable LDAC codec for improved audio quality.
* Enable gaming mode to make your audio sync up with videos or games.

Pros
----
* Incredible sound. I've owned lots of Bluetooth earbuds over the years, and these have some of the absolute best sound I've ever heard, bar-none. They punch WAY above their weight. Highs and mids are crisp, and the bass is strong without being overpowering. GREAT job!
* Best call quality of any earbuds I've ever tested - and I've tested well over a dozen at this point.
* LDAC Support. LDAC provides much higher sound quality than the default codecs used by Bluetooth earbuds, but at the cost of slightly increased battery consumption. Not all Bluetooth earbuds support LDAC, so it's really nice that these do.
* SoundCore application is fast, polished, and provides a ton of cool features. You can set the software equalizer here, create a HearID profile, etc.
* Can connect to two different Bluetooth sources at the same time, meaning you don't have to constantly re-pair these earbuds to switch between, say, your smartphone and your laptop. This is a small but very real quality of life improvement.
* Bluetooth 5.2. This is important because Bluetooth 5.2 is faster, works over longer ranges, uses less power, and provides better audio quality than previous versions.
* Ridiculously long battery life. I haven't been able to test Anker's claim of 50 hours of battery life, but they can certainly last through several days of heavy use without being recharged.
* Paired quickly and painlessly with every device I tried it with, including my Samsung S20 FE smartphone and my (older) Lenovo laptop running Windows 10.
* Earbuds are small and lightweight, meaning they're comfortable to wear basically all day.
* Ships with five different sizes of silicone ear tips, to make certain that you can get a good fit.
* Small, convenient carrying case. Fits easily and inconspicuously into a pants, hoodie, or jacket pocket.
* Wireless charging.
* Premium unboxing experience. I wouldn't hesitate to give these earbuds to family or friends.

Cons
-----
* None. These are literally the absolute best Bluetooth earbuds I've tested. I can't recommend them highly enough.

extremely long battery & high noise cancellation

I like that they’re very small & the case makes them very easy to charge, it’s got magnetic force so when you’re putting them back it ensures that they get pulled into charging position. The battery is super long. Besides that the “noise canceling” for such small earbuds the noise cancellation works very well, & blocks out nearly all noise surrounding you especially with The app besides the high clear volume they’re also great when taking calls, I prefer to talk on the phone while using them . they volume & bass. Could be a bit “louder” but definitely acceptable and worth it for me. That’s the only reason. I deducted a star in sound quality. But in battery & noise cancelling they’re top notch

Great alternative for folks with smaller ears!

These are amazing! I wanted to get these to compare to the Sony WF-1000XM4 which are considered one of the best noise cancelling ear buds. These were tested in a busy airport and plane with crying babies and a very upset kitty.

Pros:
- less expensive
- smaller
- excellent active noise cancellation
- very comfortable

Cons:
- doesn't sound as good
- fewer touch/tap options
- doesn't adapt as well

Overall, these are fantastic active noise cancelling earbuds, especially for people with smaller ears who can't get a good seal with the larger Sony buds. These will be my daily drivers even though they don't sound quite as good as the Sony's. The Sony XM4's are just too large to wear comfortably for more than a couple hours. I was able to comfortably wear these Anker A40's for roughly 4 hours without discomfort and even fell asleep with them in!
