Soundcore! Best of the best.

I've been with soundcore since the OG liberty, About every year and a half if not longer when I finally wear down the sturdy Liberty series I eventually have to pick up a new set. For some weird reason I always try to go for the new fancy set and always end up taking them back and going with soundcore. Once again You guys knocked it out of the park! I can't wait to see what you guys come up with next!

Cant answer/close calls

Hey, couple of months ago I've bought and posted a review form my Liberty 4, you've sent me a firmware update which improved ANC quality fir that thank you.
Then I found a really frustraiting issue with my earplugs -> I cannot answer or hang up calls from the earplugs i.e. in order to answer a call I should pickup the phone and manually answer, which makes me loose calls. I do not know if it is from the firmware update or from something else but can you pelase fix this
I am sending you img with firmware values.
One more thing:
I am having Airpods Pros also and they have very nice feature when the phone is ringing just say Answer and call is answered :O Mind-blowing right !

알리익스프레스에서 3주 전에 구매해서 잘 사용하고 있었는데 며칠 전부터 오른쪽 이어버드에서 드륵드륵 소리가 나며 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다.

My review will be brief but I will try to be accurate in my words:
-They sit fantastically in the ear
- In my opinion, music sounds better than Apple Air pods Pro 2
-In my opinion they look better than Apple Air pods Pro 2
-Noise reduction works worse than Apple Air pods Pro 2
-But the main advantage of Soundcore is the support of its customers. Here I take off my hat: My first pair of headphones had battery problems and the company sent me new headphones for free. It's very nice that I didn't have to send my headphones with a problem to diagnose and waste time proving the problem.
Thanks to Soundcore, you made great headphones with good sound and at the same time your customer support is at a high level!
