I know a lot about and own several Bluetooth speakers. I own a mint 2005 Cadillac DeVille with factory Bose pre Bluetooth sound. For the car I purchased a portable 10" tablet for phone, GPS, movies, etc., etc., (you're not supposed to watch movies in the front of a car in the continental United States.) I wanted to mammothly upgrade the db level and fidelity of the sound coming from the my tablet and my phones microscopic speakers. There are no line level inputs on the Bose head. To replace the Bose head with a new Bluetooth capable head with comparable output power and fidelity would have cost much more than the $200 I paid for the Anker Rave. Now don't think that I am deluding myself into trying to say that The Anker Rave sounds the same as a factory installed Premium Bose CD system, It Can't. (The inherent limitations of current available Bluetooth technology make that assumption ridiculous.) However, my Rave performs as well as some competitors "party speakers" that cost literally 2 to 3 times what I paid for this one. The only drawback I can imagine is that you don't want to leave this monster visible in the backseat of any car unattended. I love this product. When I 'm not using it in the car or in my bedroom, I can use it in my yard for, that's right a "party speaker". Thank You Anker !!!!
