soundcore Motion X600 Ambassador Promotion Official Rules
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open only to (a) legal residents of the United States, Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)at the time of entry, and (b) those who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Promotion Period
2.1 From 00:00 UTC on July 14th, 2023 to 23:59 UTC onAugust 6th, 2023.
3. Entry Requirements and Method
3.1 Entry Requirements
To enter, you must own a Motion X600.
If you do not own one, you can buy Motion X600 on soundcore.com or soundcore Amazon brand stores (US, Germany, Canada,UK). You can also claim a free Motion X600 trade-inby submitting a trade-in application, including your channel link, trade-in model, and post content ideas to service@soundcore.com.The soundcore team will verify your application and inform you if you are successful within 3 working days via email.
3.2 How to Enter
To enter, share a post of your experience with Motion X600 on any of your personal social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,orYouTube), and tag the @soundcoreaudio official account with #MotionX600SpatialAudio. The format of the post can be either photo or video. Videos must be at least 60 seconds long.
4. Winner Selection, Prizes, and Additional Benefits
4.1
A. Cash Prize for a Total of 20 Participants
The top 5 most-likedposts on each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,andYouTube) during the promotion period will be selected as winners.
The prize for the top 5 most-liked posts is $500, $400, $300, $200, and $100 respectively. Note: Prizes will be adjusted to local currency depending on location.
The number of likes must be at least 20.
The 20 winners will be announced onAugust 11th, 2023 in a post on the @soundcoreaudio social channels and winners will subsequently be notified by the Promoter via a direct message.
Winners need to provide an invoice according to the prize and will receive cash (via PayPalorbank transfer) within 14 days after confirmation from the Promoter.
4.2 In addition to the 20 winners of the promotion, the following benefits are also available:
B. One Month Spotify Premium Membership
The first 200 posts during the promotion period will be entitled to a free month of Spotify Premium. You will be entitled to claim the membership via service@soundcore.com with your post links. Memberships will be sent to your email within 5 working days after your claim.
C. Become a Beta User
The winners of prize A (20 winners total) will be entitled to become soundcore beta users, which gives them exclusive access to new products.

5. Additional Information
5.1 Membership codes and product prizes can only be used or claimed. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or monetized.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to remove the participant, qualification, or eligibility for rewards should the promoter determine that the participant has engaged in cheating or any type of fraudulent behavior.
5.3 The Promoter is not responsible should the privacy settings chosen by an entrant make it impossible for the Promoter to notify the potential winner in the manner previously described or for any changes made by an entrant to their handle. If any potential winner does not respond to the message sent to them by the Promoter within seven (7) days, or in the event that a potential winner is not contactable, then the potential winner will be disqualified but no other winner will be chosen in their place.
5.4 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Participants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,and YouTubeshall not have any liability to them in connection with this promotion.
5.5 You may post multiple times and on different social media channels, but if you have posted more than once, the interactions will not be accumulated and your post with the most interactions will be considered your single entry into the promotion.
6. General Rules
6.1 By entering the promotion, each participant gives the Promoter permission to publish their surname and county of residence if they are a winner of one of the prizes unless the participant notifies the Promoter that they do not wish for the Promoter to make these details available. Please note that the Promoter will nonetheless be required to provide the names of all prize winners to the Advertising Standards Authority (in the UK) if requested to do so.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter, or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

7.1 The contact information that you submit will be used only in connection with this promotion and not in any other manner. 8. User Content
In these Terms of Use, "user content" means materials (including without limitation text, image, audio, video, and audio-visual materials) that you submit to Facebook, Youtube,TikTok
and Instagram (referred to as platforms below), for whatever purpose.
You grant to soundcore a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to soundcore the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you,soundcore, or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
You must not submit any user content that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
Notwithstanding soundcore's rights under these Terms of Use in relation to user content, soundcore does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on platforms.
9.Dispute and Governing Law
9.1 This program and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and users can bring legal proceedings in respect of the program and these terms and conditions in the courts located in the State of Delaware, USA. If you are aresident in Germany, Canada, or the United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are a resident and you may bring any dispute which may arise to the competent court of your country of habitual residence.
