These things bump! Spent a good while looking up different brands but I am glad I went with this. These things are crazy good!

I own the Liberty 2 and the Liberty 2 pro and both are excellent. Is the 2 Pro worth the extra few bucks? It depends. The sound, volume and quality on the Liberty 2 are excellent and the sound, volume and quality on the Liberty 2 pro are phenomenal! you can't go wrong with either one, I am sharing the buds with my wife and thought I would be sending one back, but I never did because they both sound so good. I have tried many, many pairs, including the $50 Jlab buds and there is really no comparison. In my opinion these sound as good or better than the Airpods for a lot less money. What else can I say? They weere easy to connect to my Samsung phone, the range is good; I golf with my earbuds and I can leave my phone in my golf bag while putting and not lose my connection.

The main reason I am writing is because they are a stand-up company. The Liberty 2 was having trouble connecting the left ear from the day I got them, but with a quick reset it would work fine. However, after about 3 months it stopped connecting completely so I contacted the company. Even though I was past the return date, they sent me a return label in an email and as soon as they received notice from the post office that my buds were heading back to them, they sent me a new pair. So, within a week, probably 5 days, I had a new pair and they work great.

General Impression on usage and audio quality: Great

I've been using these daily for almost a year now. I don't consider myself an audiophile, but I am very satisfied with the sound quality. I use them for listening to music, watching videos, and phone calls. I have no complaints about any of these, the audio sounds great and you can really pay attention to the details. Most callers state they hear me just as well with the earbuds as they would using the phone.

Comfort-wise, I have not experienced any discomfort no matter how long I wear these. I do not use them while exercising, but I believe that as long as you use the correct wing size, it will be secure.

I initially chose these because I was looking for a set of Bluetooth Earbuds that still used a physical button, and as I expected, the placement of the button makes it very easy to use. It is placed logically in a position that prevents the need to press the buds into your ear.

Customer Service: Excellent

10 months after using them, the right earbud developed an issue with decreased battery life compared to the left earbud. The right would last half as long as the left, despite always using them as a pair.

I contacted customer service via e-mail and received a response immediately. The representative asked for a detailed description of the issue, along with the serial number for my device. I was also asked to do some basic troubleshooting and to respond with any results.

After responding, it was determined that the right ear bud was defective, and a replacement was sent immediately.

Granted, I expect every company to send a replacement during a warranty period for product defects. However, the fact that I had no issues getting a replacement with Anker tells me that they stand behind their products and value their customers.
