  • Is Liberty Air 2 waterproof?
Yes, the earbuds have IPX5 protection but the charging case is not waterproof.
  • How should I look after Liberty Air 2?
    1. Use the earbuds regularly to avoid over-discharge which can harm the lifespan of the earbuds' battery. We recommend using Liberty Air 2 at least once a month.
    2. Charge the earbuds after you use them. In order to improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's 20% power remaining or less to charge them.
    3. If you are storing the charging case, make sure there are at least 2 lights lit up on the case to ensure there is enough power.
    4. Open the charging case's lid at least once a month to ensure the earbuds start charging.
    5. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
    6. Keep the EarTips clean.
    7. Liberty Air 2's charging case is not waterproof, so if it comes into contact with liquid use a hairdryer on the 'cool' setting to dry the case.
  • How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?
    About 2 hours.
  • How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?
About 3.5 hours by wireless charger and about 2 hours by USB-C cable.
  • How many times can the case recharge the earbuds?
The case can fully recharge the earbuds up to 3 times when the case itself is fully charged.
  • Does the case support wireless charging?
Yes, put the back of the case on the wireless charging pad and make sure it is centrally aligned. The LEDs breathe white to indicate charging.
  • What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case or don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?
    1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated).
    2. Remove all protective film from the earbuds. And ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
    3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.
  • Why are there two LEDs flashing on the charging case when it is closed?
    - After the box is closed, the left and right LEDs flash to indicate that the left and right earphones are in contact with the pins in the case. If only one of the lights is displayed, it indicates that the earbud in the corresponding position is in good contact with the pin, whereas the other earbud is either not in the case or is not making contact with the pin.
    - The light in the middle is not illuminated by default when closing the case.
  • Can Liberty Air 2 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?
This feature is currently not supported.
If you want to pair Liberty Air 2 with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.
    Or
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.
  • How do I reset Liberty Air 2?
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, tap then hold the button at the bottom of the case until both the earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. This will clear the pairing information and the earbuds will restart automatically.
  • What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?
    1. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Please select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you can still use the earbuds in stereo mode and use the primary earbud in mono mode, but you will not be able to use the secondary earbud in mono mode. If you still want to use both sides in mono mode, you need to delete the bluetooth record in you device and reconnect the earbuds.
    2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. Open the case and the earbuds will automatically power on and pair with each other before connecting to the last paired device.
    3. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
    4. Forget the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn in on again to pair it with your earbuds again.
  • What should I do if Liberty Air 2 disconnects?
Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
    1. If you are in a busy place, ensure your phone is on your right side when using Liberty Air 2.
    2. Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
    3. If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.
  • What should I do if the earbuds do not reconnect to the last paired device automatically?
Put the earbuds into the charging case, close the charging case cover and then open again to see if it triggers a connection. If not, try the tips below:

    1) Forget the pairing record on your device.
    2) Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
    3) Pair as if for the first time then put the earbuds back into the charging case, close it and open it to see if the earbuds reconnect to the last-paired device.
  • Why is the paired name sometimes Liberty Air 2 and sometimes Liberty Air 2-L?
As the earbuds support Master/Slave switch, both of them can pair to your phone as a master device. When the right earbud is master, the Bluetooth name is Liberty Air 2, when the left earbud is master the Bluetooth name is Liberty Air 2-L.

If you would like to use the left side only, please put the right side in the charging case and close the charging case cover. Select "Liberty Air 2-L" to pair.
  • What audio codecs do Liberty Air 2 support?
    SBC, AAC, and aptX.
  • How do I switch between stereo and mono mode?
    1. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds. If you only paired the earbuds with one device:
Stereo Mode: Take both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter into stereo mode.
Mono mode: Put 1 earbud into the charging case and close the case cover then use the other one. If that one doesn't work, please confirm step 1 has been completed successfully.
    3. If you paired the earbuds with several devices before, connect the earbuds to the device you want to use. If the earbuds do not connect with the device automatically, you can manually select the earbuds in the device's Bluetooth menu. After this, follow the same method in step 2 to switch between mono and stereo.
  • What should I do if the other side can't hear me after I remove one of the earbuds during a phone call?
Only one earbud's microphone works during calls. The headset will detect which side is in-ear and enable the microphone on that side. We suggest putting the unused earbud in the charging case and keep the case cover closed.
  • What should I do if only one earbud has sound?
  • Why are some functions such as music playback and voice assistant automatically triggered during the HearID test?
It is caused by touching the touchpad on the earbuds during the test. Do not touch the earbuds during the test.
  • How do I safely dispose of the battery in the headphones or charging case?
The product must not be disposed of in your household waste, and should be delivered to an appropriate collection facility for recycling. Follow local rules and never dispose of old products and rechargeable batteries in your normal household waste. Correct disposal of old products and rechargeable batteries helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health. Please note that the battery should only be removed by professional engineers. You are welcomed to contact us at service@soundcore.com if you have any questions.

    • How can I adjust Liberty Air 2's volume via the earbuds?
      1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the soundcore App.
      2. Pair your device with Liberty Air 2.
      3. Open the soundcore App and connect with Liberty Air 2.
      4. Click on the Custom Command button in the lower right corner to enter the Custom Command page.
      5. Customize the settings according to your preferences; choose to double-click or hold for 1s to control volume up/volume down, then use the settings to adjust the volume.

Note: Customized commands are not available in mono mode.

Quality for cheap

I got these to use and they work pretty well. The only dislike I have is the way they fit in your ear they are constantly falling out even after changing the tip sizes. I personally like them they just don't fit me well. They have great sound quality and I bought them for the bass and it has heavy bass which is s big plus for me.
