How do I reset Life A3i?

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open. 2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause the reset to fail. The LED will flash to indicate that they are properly connected (when the earbuds are placed in the charging case, the LED flashes white for 3 seconds).

What should I do if any of the following problems occur? - Cannot pair or reconnect with my device. - One side does not pair with the other side or my device. - No music plays after connecting with my device. - Only one earbud has sound.

Forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth. 3. Reset the earbuds by following the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery): - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. - Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause the reset to fail. What should I do if Life A3i disconnects or the sound is choppy?

Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions. To fix this issue, please try the following: 1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and pair them again: - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. - Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful. 2. Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/video. 3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.

What should I do if there is a Bluetooth related issue (cannot be paired / disconnected) when connected to a computer?

1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below: - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open. - Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful. 2. Upgrade your computer's Bluetooth driver to the latest version. 3. Re-pair your earbuds to your computer. 4. Test the earbuds on your phone to see if they are working properly.

Can Life A3i be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

This feature is currently not supported. If you want to pair Life A3i with a second device, please use one of the following methods: - Turn off Bluetooth on your current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode. Or 1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open. 2. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white quickly. Please do not remove the earbuds from the case before pairing them with the second device.

great rearbuds but 14.05 broke them

Fiest of all I love these earbuds. Finally earbuds with active NC and without these weird rubber thingies that slip off when sweating a little. The sound is really great with the correct equalizer settings(see picture). I have had no problems connection wise until the new firmware update came.

With this new firmware update 14.05, the earbuds all of a sudden started to have little connection drops. I have had no issues like this before the update.
It would be great if soundcore could look into this and offer a fix.

Best earbuds I’ve had yet but just one setback

I’ve owned these for 6 months. Had to purchase another pair because my first one went out all of a sudden. But so far my 2nd pair has been great. But like Sara was saying the latest update messed them up a little. There would be little connection drops here and there when listening to music a new software update would be nice to address that bug but other than that they have been fantastic! I love messing around with the eq, barely do it but when I do it’s always fun. My favorite eq is the Piano eq because it makes the music sound like it’s coming to life and it sounds very full.

Mostly works great, but Motorola created a bug

A recent phone upgrade of mine to a Motorola edge 30 fusion "broke" the buds sound control button (sound up or down) operation. Software needs a fix. Otherwise, these are the best buds I've ever had for a moderately priced earbud.
