    • Why is there no response when I touch my Life A3i?
      1. Note that A3i only has physical buttons. You should "Press" and not "Touch" the panel.

      2. The button is below the "d" logo, make sure you are pressing the right spot.
    • Are there any tips for upgrading Life A3i's firmware?
      1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.

      2. Make sure the earbuds have enough power (over 20%).

      3. Do not use the earbuds during the process.

      4. Try again if it fails.
    • Can I use the left/right earbud on its own?
Yes, just take one earbud out of the charging case to use.

If you are using two earbuds, put either one of the earbuds back into the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.
    • How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?
      About 2 hours.
    • How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?
      About 2 hours.
    • Does the case support wireless charging?
      No.
    • How can I charge the earbuds?
      1. Confirm that the charging case has power left (open the charging case to check if there is white light flashing).

      2. Close the lid after placing the earbuds in the charging case and start charging.
    • What should I do if any of the following problems occur? 1) The earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case. 2) The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed. 3) The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.
      1. Confirm that the charging case has power left (open the charging case to check if there is a flashing white light).

      2. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry from sweat and water. Then, put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the light on the case will flash for 3 seconds.

      3. If they still do not turn on, put the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid for 6 seconds, and try opening the lid again.

Small!

The sound quality of both music and telephone calls is outstanding. I'm upgrading from a Lenovo I purchased from a very popular app. Comes in a case, which is quite smaller than my old Lenovo case, the photograph shows it next to a standard video game controller for size comparison. Easy to use, easy to pair, and has a fantastic sound. A lot more that I was expecting for the price.

great rearbuds but 14.05 broke them

Fiest of all I love these earbuds. Finally earbuds with active NC and without these weird rubber thingies that slip off when sweating a little. The sound is really great with the correct equalizer settings(see picture). I have had no problems connection wise until the new firmware update came.

With this new firmware update 14.05, the earbuds all of a sudden started to have little connection drops. I have had no issues like this before the update.
It would be great if soundcore could look into this and offer a fix.

Sound quality is great

Sound quality is great, even call and listen to music, ANC still not yet the best but around 70%, the battery life last around 6h for ANC mode.
I recommend the another model is the best, Soundcore space A40, the Auto ANC and also support LDAC high quality sound.

Great earbuds at an awesome price

Transparency mode works well, same with the noise cancellation. They stick out a bit by design but even still the button on either earbud can be a bit difficult to press but other than that I have absolutely no complaints.
