Purchased mainly for sound and they do sound great. STUDIO IN YOUR EARS. Now the NC is mediocre at best, and the Heart rate stuff means nothing to me. Like I said I want great sound. I am an audiophile and picky and so here is my opinion on that.
Bass is very warm and sometimes muffles over the meds, also the tightness in some frequencies just is not there . Trible can be shooting bright at times but I do love a good treble response and so the Soundcore Liberty 4s have it and I'm not complaining. Meds do seems to get lost on these ..I dunno? Seems something strange going on with the dual drivers. I use the Rock EQ and find that the best one for me and use that on the other Soundcore headphones that I have. Yes, I have played with all the setting and have the updated firmware. Now, it may sound like I am griping, but I still love them. If I could get that nice bassy/med range of the Life Note P3's combined with the treble's of the Liberty 4's - then I would be super happy. I tried out some other expensive brands before recently purchasing the Lib 4's and came right back to getting another Soundcore product. I am autistic and speakers ..as well the sound, are what gets me excited. The Lib 4's are a great product and boxed to make you smile. Are they perfect? No, I think Soundcore needs to adjust that dual driver thing they doing in the Liberty 4"s - to bring out more meds, vocals, and add some tightness in the bass frequency in these still amazing sounding headphones. I'm sure I will be a sucker for the Lib 4 PRO's lol.. By the way, these were my Christmas Present to myself and so - Thank you Soundcore.
